My name is Brandon, and I am an herbal tea enthusiast that has been drinking tea for several years. I used to have severe migraine headaches and the tea helped me significantly reduce these painful episodes. I have become so ingrained in the herbal tea community that I decided to study as much as I could on the subject. There is a ton of information related to herbal tea, and it can be difficult to learn everything by yourself.
