It doesn’t hurt that the tea has a decent taste that isn’t as bitter as other herbal teas. Nettle tea is made with the leaves of the stinging nettle plant. The stinging nettle plant has earned its nickname due to the fact that the leaves contain pointy leaves that sting when they come into contact with human skin.
